INTRODUCTION & SETUP
How does the subscription work?
It's easy! Pick your favourite products, choose ‘subscribe’ and then checkout. Your subscription will then renew automatically every 4 weeks. You can change, skip or cancel your subscription at any time – including managing everything from order dates to flavour swaps — all directly from your account dashboard. At checkout, we show your subscription price and provide a link to our Subscription Terms. And if you decide to subscribe, your account dashboard will also show your subscription price, as well as your next scheduled order date, future order dates, subscription management options and cancellation options.

How do I subscribe?
Visit the Liquid I.V.® website at https://liquid-iv.co.uk choose your flavour and select the ‘subscribe’ option (instead of a ‘one time’ purchase). Add it to your cart and then checkout as usual. After you’ve completed your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email and a link to manage your subscription.
How often will I be billed?
Billing occurs on a 4-weekly basis. You’ll receive reminders before each renewal.
Will my subscription renew automatically?
Yes, unless you cancel before the renewal date. We’ll send you a reminder email ahead of each renewal.
What are my payment options?
You can pay using credit or debit card. During checkout, you’ll be asked to confirm that you’re the authorised cardholder.

How do I manage my subscription?
Once your subscription account is set up, you're in charge! You can:
- pause, skip, add products or remove products
- swap flavours
- adjust order dates
- (and if it's not working out for you) cancel hassle-free anytime
all from your account dashboard. All changes are processed promptly, and you’ll receive confirmation by email
Why is my subscription managed by a third-party provider?
We partner with Recharge to ensure secure, reliable subscription management. Your account dashboard is operated by Recharge, and you’ll have full access to manage your subscription there.
How do I access my account dashboard?
You can log in to your account dashboard using your registered email address. Instead of entering a password, we’ll send a verification code to your email address or phone number (depending on what you provided at sign‑up). Simply enter this code to access your dashboard. How do I view or change my upcoming order?
After logging in, you can view and update your upcoming orders. If you want to change your recurring order, just click on ‘manage subscriptions’. You can then modify your order frequency or update the products in your recurring order directly from your account dashboard. Changes are confirmed by email, and you can review your updated order summary at any time.

How do I update my address?
Update your address anytime in your account dashboard. Changes made after your next order is processed may not apply to that order, so make sure to update before the cut-off time. For more information, see the ‘Are there any cut-off times for changes or cancellations?’ section below.
CHANGES, CANCELLATION, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel at any time and for any reason through your account dashboard – no fees or penalties. Cancellation is designed to be as easy as signing-up.
Are there any cut-off times for changes or cancellations?
Yes. Because subscription orders are processed and shipped automatically, any changes or cancellations must be made 24 hours or more before your next scheduled order date as shown in your account dashboard – we call this a ‘24 Hour Cut-Off Time’.
If a change or cancellation is made after the cut‑off time:
- your upcoming order may still be processed and dispatched, and
- payment may still be taken.
If this happens, your order will be handled under our refunds and returns process (see the ‘How do refunds work if I cancel my subscription?’ and the ‘How to returns work if I cancel my subscription?’ sections below). You always retain all statutory consumer rights.
Do I have a cooling-off period?
Yes. All customers have a 14‑day cooling‑off period under consumer law.
However, because you can cancel your Liquid I.V.® subscription contract at any time — whether after 1 hour, 13 days, or several months — you effectively have ongoing flexibility built into the subscription contract.
The cooling‑off period applies specifically to the start of your subscription contract. Your ability to cancel at any time continues in addition to your legal cooling‑off rights.
How do refunds work if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel before your service period starts:
If your subscription contract is cancelled before your next order begins processing (i.e. before the 24 Hour Cut-Off Time), but payment has already been taken, we will issue a refund. We aim to process refunds within 10 working days.
If you cancel after the service period has started (e.g. after the cut‑off):
If you cancel your subscription contract after the 24 Hour Cut-Off Time (i.e. less than 24 hours before your next scheduled order), payment may still be taken and your order may still be dispatched. If this happens, you may still be entitled to a refund under our refunds and returns policy process. We aim to process refunds within 10 working days.
How do returns work if I cancel my subscription?
If your cancellation is made after the cut‑off time and your order has already been processed or dispatched:
- You may still receive the order and be charged.
- You can request a return within 14 days of the date of your cancellation by contacting our Customer Service Team.
- We’ll send you return instructions once your request is approved.
- Returns are made at your own cost.
- Products may be opened, as long as no more than 2 sachets have been used.
- After we receive your return, you’ll receive a full refund of the product price.
- Delivery costs are not refundable.
- Bundles/sets must be returned in full to be eligible for a refund.
- We can only accept returns for orders purchased through our Liquid I.V. ® UK website.
- Samples are not eligible for return.
- We do not offer product exchanges.
7. You must obtain proof of postage, as we cannot refund items lost in transit without it.
8. We aim to process returns within 10 working days of receiving the goods.
Returns requested after 14 days after the date of cancellation cannot be accepted.
You retain all statutory consumer rights at all times.
