LIQUID I.V.® Subscription Terms

1. SCOPE: 
These Subscription Terms apply to all contracts for Liquid I.V.® supplied by Unilever UK Limited to consumers on a subscription basis, including contracts with recurring payments, except where excluded by law. 

2. PRE-CONTRACT INFORMATION: 
Before you enter a subscription contract with us, we will provide you with clear and prominent information in writing, including:

  • That this is a 4‑weekly subscription that will automatically renew unless you cancel.
  • You will be charged the amount shown at sign up (or as displayed in your account dashboard) on the date of sign-up and then every 4 weeks thereafter - until you cancel.
  • That payment may be made by credit or debit card.
  • We will send you renewal reminders before each renewal, including the renewal date, the amount that will be charged, and clear instructions on how to cancel.
  • You may cancel your subscription contract at any time and for any reason through your account dashboard. Cancellation is straightforward and will be at least as easy as signing up. You will never be required to call us, complete surveys, or take unnecessary steps to cancel. You have a 14‑day cooling‑off period after sign‑up, but you are also free to cancel at any time and for any reason, both during and after that period.
  • Before completing your subscription, you will also be required to expressly acknowledge that:
    • the subscription contract includes an initial and recurring payment obligation;
    • payments will be charged every 4 weeks; and
    • those payments will continue until you cancel the subscription in accordance with these terms.
    • After you sign up, we will send you confirmation of your subscription details by email or another durable medium. 
3. RENEWAL REMINDERS & CHARGES
By entering into a subscription contract, you confirm your understanding that the subscription includes an initial and recurring payment obligation, payment will be charged every 4 weeks and that you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel the subscription in accordance with the Subscription Terms. 

We will send you a reminder before each 4-weekly renewal. These reminders will be sent on a durable medium (such as email) and will include: 
  • the date your subscription will renew 
  • the amount that will be charged, and 
  • clear instructions on how to cancel before the renewal date. 
Your card will be charged automatically for the renewed subscription unless you cancel 24 hours or more before your next scheduled order date as shown in your account dashboard (we call this a "24 Hour Cut-Off Time”) - see the ‘Cancellation’ and ‘24 Hour Cut-Off Time’ sections below for more info. If your payment fails, we will attempt to process it again or contact you and ask you to update your payment details.
4. COOLING‑OFF PERIOD
You have a 14‑day cooling‑off period from the date you first sign up, during which you may cancel and receive a refund as required by law. But with the Liquid I.V. ® subscription you are also free to cancel at any time and for any reason, both during and after that period.

Your cancellation will take effect before the next 4‑weekly billing cycle, provided you cancel your subscription contract before the 24- Hour Cut-Off Time - see the ‘Cancellation’ and ‘24 Hour Cut-Off Time’ sections below for more info.

5. MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
If you need to make any changes to your subscription contract, you can log into your account dashboard to pause orders, swap items, update your details or even cancel your subscription contract at any time. Of course, because subscription orders ship automatically, this means that cut-off times apply for changes and cancellations – see the ‘24 Hour Cut-Off Time’ section below for more info.
6. 24 HOUR CUT-OFF TIME
You can edit or cancel orders right up to our 24Hour Cut-Off Time, again this is 24 hours before the date of your next scheduled order date as shown in your account dashboard. Once a subscription order has been triggered it passes for immediate dispatch. If your subscription order has already been processed, then we will be unable to cancel the delivery of your subscription order. The operational 24 Hour Cut-Off Time does not affect your statutory rights. 
7. CANCELLATION:
You have the right to cancel your subscription contract online at any time and for any reason through your account dashboard. Instructions for cancellation will also be provided in all renewal reminders. 
The cancellation process is a straightforward process that is as easy as signing up. No unnecessary steps or barriers will be imposed. You will not be required to complete any surveys or navigate unnecessary steps as part of the cancellation process. You will not be required to contact us by phone or post unless you choose to do so. 
If you cancel your subscription before the 24 Hour Cut-Off Time, your next order will not be processed and no further charges will be taken. 
If you cancel your subscription after the 24 Hour-Cut-Off Time, your next 4-weekly order may still be processed and dispatched, and payment may still be taken as highlighted in the ‘Cut-Off Time’ section. If this happens, please see ‘Returns & Refunds’ section for more info.

8. REFUNDS & RETURNS
REFUNDS:   
If you cancel your subscription contract before your next order begins processing (i.e. before the 24 Hour Cut-Off-Time), but payment has already been taken, we will issue a refund. We aim to process refunds within 10 working days.

If you cancel your subscription contract after your service period has started, but after the applicable 24 Hour Cut-Off-Time, payment may still be taken and your order may still be dispatched. If this happens, you may still be entitled to a refund under our refunds and returns policy process. We aim to process refunds within 10 working days. 
RETURNS:  
If your cancellation is made after the 24 Hour Cut-Off Time and your order has already been processed or dispatched:
  • You may still receive the order and be charged. 
  • You can request a return within 14 days of the date of your cancellation by contacting our Customer Service Team. 
  • We’ll send you return instructions once your request is approved. 
  • Returns are made at your own cost. 
  • Products may be opened, as long as no more than 2 sachets have been used. 
  • After we receive your return, you’ll receive a full refund of the product price.  
  • Delivery costs are not refundable. 
  • Bundles/sets must be returned in full to be eligible for a refund. 
  • We can only accept returns for orders purchased through our Liquid I.V. ® UK website. 
  • Samples are not eligible for return. 
  • We do not offer product exchanges. 
  • You must obtain proof of postage, as we cannot refund items lost in transit without it. 
  • We aim to process returns within 10 working days of receiving the goods. 
  • Returns requested after 14 days after the date of cancellation cannot be accepted. 
  • You retain all statutory consumer rights at all times.
